Job Description

As part of the continued development of the Internal Audit function and the acceleration of our digital transformation journey, we are strengthening our team with professionals who combine expertise in internal audit, data analytics, and process automation.

Your main responsibility will be to help develop the overall data analytics capabilities of the Internal audit function. Based in Paris, as part of the HQ team, you will share your data analytics knowledge and expertise with the entire Internal audit team.

Today, our use of data analytics is still developing, so this role is an opportunity to help build these capabilities and introduce practical solutions that make our audit work more efficient and insightful.

You will work closely with auditors and other colleagues in an international environment, helping the team make better use of data throughout the audit process.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen data analytics capabilities within Internal Audit, promoting the use of data-driven approaches to enhance audit coverage, risk assessment, and overall effectiveness.
• Identify, extract, prepare, and analyze data from multiple systems to detect anomalies, trends, control weaknesses, and emerging risks.
• Design, implement, and maintain reusable analytics solutions, including audit testing models, methodologies, reports, and dashboards (e.g., Power BI), ensuring scalability and standardization across audit activities.
• Drive automation and innovation initiatives by leveraging digital technologies, AI, and tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio to improve audit processes and reduce manual work.
• Develop tools and solutions that support audit planning, testing, reporting, monitoring, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate closely with auditors, Business Technology teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities where analytics and automation can create value.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, audit methodologies, processes, and analytics practices within the Internal Audit function.
• Act as a knowledge-sharing champion, supporting and training audit team members on data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong experience in data extraction, transformation, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and ideally Python, with knowledge of AI, automation technologies, and modern analytics tools.

• Interest in business processes, risk management, and internal controls.
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Curious, innovative, and committed to continuous learning.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
