About the role:

We’re hiring our first operations leader to help Coframe scale. You’ll own finance and business operations, working closely with our CEO, go-to-market, talent, and customer-facing teams. You’ll oversee accounting and build the processes that connect how we sell, contract, bill, collect, and report on our business.

You’ll be the person who notices when a deal has stalled between signature and billing, a renewal needs an owner, or a critical process has no clear handoff, then brings the right people together to fix it. You’ll own the details while build
