3+ years of hands-on Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth, or Experimentation experience: whether at an agency, in-house growth team, or consulting environment. You've run hundreds of tests and know what wins.
Hypothesis Machine: You can look at a page and immediately identify five things to test. You think in terms of friction, motivation, and user psychology.
