The ideal candidate will be a proven Bookkeeper comfortable with assisting multiple clients. In this role you should be a strong communicator and able to handle day-to-day activities, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work independently as needed.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILTIES Monitor and/or perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, and recording of accounts receivables and accounts payable. Prepare journal entries such as loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc. Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, sales tax, payroll taxes, and 401(k). Monitor and/or prepare monthly financial statements and all supporting documents. Credit card management and reconciliation. Work in conjunction with our in-house Consulting Controllers and CFO’s.   OTHER DUTIES and RESPONSIBILTIES Authorized to work in the United States. Prior hands-on accounting experience.
