Outside Sales Representative - Automotive

Position Summary   The Outside Sales & Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business, strengthening referral relationships, increasing quote conversion, and helping the company grow profitable revenue.   This is a full-time, field-based sales role focused on building relationships with commercial accounts, fleet operators, insurance agents, dealerships, body shops, rental companies, municipalities, and other organizations that own, manage, insure, or service vehicles.   The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, accountable, and comfortable turning daily sales activity into measurable results. Success in this role will be measured by qualified opportunities, follow-up discipline, booked jobs, revenue growth, gross profit contribution, and the ability to help create more predictable, profitable, and collectible work.
