We are seeking an exceptional  Sr Product Designer to join our stellar design team. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced digital product designer who excels in highly collaborative environments, is proficient in modern design tools (we're a Figma-first organization), and consistently delivers high-quality experiences in complex problem spaces. You enjoy taking ownership of ambiguous and challenging problems, shaping them into thoughtful and intuitive experiences that make a meaningful difference for users.

In this role, you will design end-to-end experiences that help healthcare professionals navigate complex workflows with confidence and efficiency. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data teams, and operations to transform customer needs into elegant, scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact.

We are also looking for designers who embrace AI as part of their craft. You use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, explore concepts, create prototypes, improve workflows, and strengthen collaboration with engineering.
