Solutions Configuration Management Analyst

Opportunity Overview:

As a member of the Solutions Configuration Management team you will be contributing to the analysis, documentation, implementation and maintenance of the configurations needed to enable Cohere Health solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

You’ll work closely with members of the Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Testing teams to scope, document, implement and deliver configuration items (CIs) needed to meet the requirements as part of the implementation and maintenance of our solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Own the execution of configuration deliverables for assigned projects, including client implementations and launches
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable configuration solutions
• Create and maintain clear documentation, including configuration specifications and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Testing teams to ensure configurations meet client and system requirements
• Validate and troubleshoot configurations in partnership with QA and testing teams
• Manage configuration items (CIs) throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
