Coinbase is looking for an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to join our Financial Reporting organization. Reporting to the Director, SEC Reporting, this role will serve as a key owner of Coinbase’s external reporting process, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, earnings release support, and related audit and control activities.
