Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Design Vision Define and own the design vision and product strategy for our payment products, balancing business goals, user needs, and compliance requirements. Build and prioritize a roadmap of design and product improvements, using structured frameworks (e.g., RICE, ICE) to weigh impact against effort. Establish UX/UI design best practices and design-quality standards across the org. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers and UX researchers. Product Management for Design Act as a de facto product manager for your area: translate research and data into structured feature proposals, PRDs, or specs that engineering and stakeholders can act on. Proactively identify, pitch, and champion new features and improvements based on your own use of the app, competitive analysis, and user feedback.
