Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for an institutional crypto infrastructure business, working closely with the Founder and leadership team. Act as a strong product and market counterpart to the Founder: challenge assumptions, develop independent points of view, and support product decisions with market evidence, customer insights, and data. Identify opportunities, move fast to test them, launch what works, skip what doesn't Lead products from 0→1 — from identifying the market problem and defining the proposition through MVP, first customers, commercial launch, and iteration. Translate complex technical infrastructure into products that solve real institutional customer needs and have a clear commercial model.
