Responsibilities: Manage and grow strategic partner and reseller accounts. Identify, approach, and develop new reseller opportunities. Build long-term relationships with partners, individual resellers, and financial institutions. Support partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing development. Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities. Drive partner revenue growth, retention, and satisfaction. Prepare reports on partner activity, performance, and growth. Collect partner feedback and share insights with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams. Ensure the partner strategy fits local market needs. Support team processes, best practices, and knowledge sharing. Help onboard or mentor new team members when needed.
