Sr. Product Manager, AI and eCommerce

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a sprint-based ecommerce platform team supporting 11 real estate brands across 4 technology stacks. This role is highly execution-oriented and focused on driving measurable improvements to ecommerce performance, website experience, and platform scalability. You will own sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery for ecommerce initiatives across brands, while serving as the primary ecommerce technology representative on our cross-functional ownership committee. This role requires strong operational leadership, cross-team coordination, and a deep understanding of ecommerce conversion, merchandising, and platform systems.     What You"ll Do   Sprint Leadership & Delivery •    Lead a dedicated ecommerce sprint team operating in a two-week Agile cadence. •    Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and execution. •    Ensure roadmap commitments and business-critical work are delivered on time and at high quality. •    Balance roadmap initiatives, enhancements, and keep-the-business-running work within defined capacity allocations.   Ecommerce Optimization Across Brands •    Drive continuous improvement of ecommerce performance across 11 brands and multiple tech stacks. •    Own initiatives related to: o    Conversion rate optimization (CRO) o    Merchandising and package presentation o    Checkout improvements o    Pricing display and framing o    Product detail page improvements o    SEO and gen
