You'll report to the Senior Manager, People Solutions and own meaningful pieces of our Workday ecosystem with real room to grow into broader scope over time this role is built as a growth path, not a fully-loaded seat from day one.

This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you'll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.
Senior People Technology Analysts at Collibra are responsible for
- Building automations and agentic workflow prototypes, using tools like Workato and Claude, that connect Workday, an applicant tracking system, and other People Technology systems
