Job Description
We are seeking a commercially minded and client-focused professional with strong sales and advisory skills, capable of rapidly establishing trusted relationships with clients and business partners, and thriving in dynamic, performance-driven environments.
Your Activities
- Marketing and sale of residential developments and new construction projects.
- Building, managing, and expanding client relationships and business opportunities.
- Providing consultancy to clients on residential property solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Managing the full sales cycle, including negotiations and transaction completion.
- Conducting market research, property appraisals, and acquisition activities.
- Maintaining CRM records and preparing sales reports and performance analyses.
- Working closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for residential developments.
Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate Agent (registered and authorised to practise).
- P.IVA is mandatory.
- Proven experience in residential property sales and/or the marketing and commercialization of new residential developments in Milan and the surrounding area.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong results-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
- Proactive approach, ability to work independently, and strong goal-oriented attitude.
- In-depth knowledge of the Milan residential real estate market.
- Fluent Italian and good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
