CRUISE STAFF

Cruise Staff is in an integral part Cruise Department, focused on delivering a vibrant and "Remarkably Arabian" experience. This role involves supporting the Assistant Cruise Director and Cruise Director in the delivery of the Entertainment product to our Guests inside the ship by interacting, socializing, and hosting and participating in entertainment and edutainment activities. The Cruise Staff must excel in conflict resolution, counselling, mediating and motivational skills, and guest service while maintaining a collaborative and positive team environment. Expertise in Entertainment Delivery: Demonstrates the ability to host and deliver scheduled daily Entertainment, Live Music, and Edutainment program, ensuring a positively, vibrant and culturally immersive guest experience. Using their personality, talents and language ability to engage audiences of all ages. Is expected to be proactive and creative in relation to programming to maintain and/or increase guest satisfaction. Must be able to provide quality service and be able to enhance the experience for guests onboard. Revenue Promotion: Identifies and promotes all revenue centers onboard in an organic and genuine manner, tailored to the expectations of Arabian travelers. Guest Engagement: Builds relationships with guests through hosting and supporting various events.
