Department / Section: Hotel / Housekeeping Reports to: Assistant  Executive  Housekeeper  /  Executive Housekeeper   The Florist is responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining high-quality floral arrangements onboard Aroya, enhancing the overall guest experience and visual standards of the vessel. The role ensures that all floral displays in suites, villas, public areas, and special events meet brand standards, remain fresh, and align with the ship’s aesthetic identity. The Florist manages floral inventory, supports guest requests and onboard events, and contributes to cost control and efficient use of resources, while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards. Design and create floral arrangements for suites, villas, public areas, and special venues in line with brand standards. Ensure all floral displays are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with the ship’s concept. Customize arrangements based on guest preferences, VIP requirements, and special occasions. Refresh, replace, and maintain all floral displays to ensure continuous high presentation standards. Maintain flowers and plants through proper watering, trimming, pruning, and conditioning. Monitor freshness and replace arrangements as required to ensure optimal appearance. Ensure all displays remain clean, well-presented, and free of wilted or damaged elements. Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and related materials, ensuring adequate stock levels. Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) principle
