RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER-AROYA CRUISES

Restaurant Operations Manager   Department / Section: Food & Beverage  The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all restaurant venues, including the Main Dining Room, Buffet, Specialty Restaurants, and In-Suite Dining. This role ensures exceptional service standards while supporting the Bar & Restaurant Operations Manager the execution of operations across all Food & Beverage outlets, fosters a world-class dining environment, drives staff development, maintaining service excellence and drive financial performance.   Experience & Education:  Minimum 2 as Restaurant Manager, or Maître D’ in a cruise line or upscale hospitality environment.
