Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A within our dynamic Group Finance team, you will become the strategic engine room for the business's cost base. Covering pivotal areas such as People, Technology, Platform, and Marketing, you will act as the primary financial partner for functional leaders. Your mission is to provide the sharp insight, constructive challenge, and robust decision support necessary to drive cost discipline and champion efficient investment throughout the Group.
With full ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across these critical cost centres, you will also lead and inspire a Finance Analyst. By overseeing their
