We are looking for a detail-oriented Booking Officer to join our Thailand operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing and managing ocean freight bookings, ensuring shipments are booked accurately, on time, and in line with customer requirements.
What You'll be doing
- Place and confirm FCL ocean freight bookings with carriers.
- Coordinate with carriers to secure space, equipment, and sailing schedules.
- Manage booking amendments, cancellations, and rollovers.
- Monitor carrier cut-off dates and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain accurate booking records and communicate changes to internal stakeholders.
- Escalate capacity constraints and booking exceptions when required.
Who We're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.
- Knowledge of FCL booking processes and carrier systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Thai language proficiency.
- Experience with logistics systems and Microsoft Office.
- English language skills and knowledge of Incoterms are advantageous.
