Role Overview:
At CSA, no two projects look the same. One quarter you might be rolling out a new process or platform, and the next you might be running a procurement / tender project, onboarding a logistics partner, or launching an internal initiative from scratch. We’re looking for an experienced, versatile Project Manager who can take the team to define goals & scope and turn it into something delivered.
You’ll work across the whole business: operations, commercial, finance, procurement, legal and technology, as well as with customers and partners. Some projects come with a clear brief; others need you to help shape the scope with stakeholders before getting into delivery.
What you’ll do
- Manage a variety of internal and external projects end to end, from scoping and planning through delivery and handover
- Own plans, timelines, budgets, risks and resources, and adjust them when priorities shift, which they will
- Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, customers, suppliers and logistics partners
- Bring structure to ambiguous situations: define the problem, align stakeholders and set a clear path forward
- Drive implementation of processes, systems and SOPs so that what we build actually sticks
