We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior IT Support & Infrastructure Administrator to join our growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional who enjoys combining advanced technical support with infrastructure administration in a dynamic international environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide advanced L2/L3 support for hardware, software, network, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Troubleshoot complex technical incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, MFA, and SSO solutions.
• Manage users, groups, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
• Configure, maintain, and support Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Support network operations including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches, access points, and firewall configurations.
• Monitor infrastructure health, availability, backup success, and security compliance.
• Manage IT assets, software inventory, and software licensing.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and technology partners to resolve technical issues and deliver projects.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation and procedures.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and end-user training.

 

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or IT Infrastructure roles.
• Vocational degree or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional fluency in English; conversational German is highly desirable.
• Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with identity and access management, SSO, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with virtualized environments, Windows servers, and infrastructure administration.
• Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with endpoint management, cybersecurity, and backup solutions.
• Familiarity with IT asset management, software licensing, and vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.
