We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Solutions Consultant to join our Commercial team in Zurich. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys combining business insight with technical expertise to help clients solve complex challenges. As a key partner to our Sales, Product, and Operations teams, you will play a critical role in designing tailored solutions, accelerating sales cycles, and ensuring successful customer outcomes.

 

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business processes, challenges, and technical requirements
• Translate complex client needs into effective solution designs and technical specifications
• Design and present tailored solutions leveraging our product capabilities and integration options
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept workshops for clients and stakeholders
• Support the sales team as a technical and functional expert throughout the sales cycle
• Prepare and contribute to RFI and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations
