RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Legal team, the Associate General Counsel provides strategic legal support and advice to drive organizational objectives. This position manages legal risk and ensures compliance across key operational areas, such as compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, commercial contracts, legal operations, corporate governance, or litigation management.
