You combine four skill sets in one role: Creator, Entertainer, Salesperson, and Operator. Your job is to hold attention long enough to turn entertainment into commerce. We are not looking for someone who sits in front of a camera for four hours saying, “here is the product, here is the discount, click the basket.” That is QVC with a ring light, we want LIVE hosts who can run a show.
