Security Manager

As the Security Manager you will oversee the safety and security of all CFBNJ abilities, assets, equipment, personnel, and visitors. You will manage security protocols related to the storage of confidential information and documents.  

What you’ll do in your role:  

• Maintain a positive work attitude by acting and communicating in a manner conducive to good interpersonal relations (e.g., helpful, courteous, pleasant) with customers, all public, co-workers and managers, in accordance with the spirit of CFBNJ’s mission. 

• Ensure that all facilities comply with local, state, federal, and Feeding America food safety requirements. 

• Manage Security Department scheduling and training. 

• Conduct and prepares reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of CFBNJ regulations, policies and procedures.
