Associate Talent Acquisition Partner
Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. Patients and their families rely on Compass Health Center when in crisis – every day, we help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.

You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles, and play a key part in bringing the Compass mission to life through every hire.
This position is primarily remote, however applicants must be based in Illinois. Ability to be in-person at our Chicagoland clinics is expected for team meetings, open houses, and other company or recruiting-related events. Additionally, this role may include national travel to regional Compass locations
