Medior Regulatory Compliance Consultant
As a Regulatory Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the intricate world of regulatory compliance. You will leverage your expertise to develop, implement, and oversee robust compliance frameworks, ensuring our clients operate with integrity and in full accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Your strategic insights and proactive approach will be instrumental in safeguarding their reputation and fostering sustainable growth in a compliant way.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Drafting and implementing comprehensive compliance programs tailored to our clients' specific needs, including but not limited risk profile, relevant regulatory landscape market abuse, etc.
Performing in-depth risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and establishing effective risk mitigation strategies and controls.
Planning and executing internal audits, preparing detailed reports for both regulatory bodies and internal management, and ensuring timely remediation of any identified issues.
Staying ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring and analyzing existing and new regulations, industry trends, and enforcement actions, and translating these insights into actionable strategies.
Advise management on compliance-related matters and serve as a point of contact for regulatory compliance
