Payroll Specialist

ComplyAdvantage is looking for a detailed, tech-savvy Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations across our expanding international regions. In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Finance, and external providers to execute flawless monthly and semi-monthly runs, resolve employee queries, and ensure strict compliance. As a Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Execute timely and accurate payroll processing on a monthly and semi-monthly basis;
• Collect and centralize all payroll supporting information (personal detail changes, annual or medical leaves, salary changes, bonuses and commissions, meal tickets, benefits in kind, new joiners, leavers, etc.);
• Collaborate with HR for verification of payroll changes (e.g., new starters, leavers, bank detail changes, and other amendments to the payroll);
• Work closely with the outsourced payroll providers and maintain outstanding relationships for successful payroll processing;
• Act as the first point of cont
