Production Supervisor - TIG Welding (1st Shift, Mon-Fri)

JOB SUMMARY The Weld Department Supervisor is responsible for the requirements of the Weld Department during the assigned shift and will lead the weld team to meet the goals of our customers. The Weld Supervisor will ensure that the scheduled work is executed safely and in a systematic manner so that qualified technicians can perform the assigned tasks. This position will monitor and ensure the completion of work while confirming the quality standards are being met.  From a technical experience standpoint, the Weld Supervisor will apply their knowledge and skills in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG) and CNC Welding areas of Accuweld and CMT in the repair and modification of turbine engine components, primarily used in the aerospace industry or similar field of experience.
