Repair Engineer - Weld

JOB SUMMARY The Machining Process Engineer is specifically focused on the machining processes including Turning, Milling, and Grinding, both Manual and CNC. Leads continuous improvement projects to reduce rework, improve efficiency and increase throughput in the departments. Creates standard operating procedures for production to operate the processes effectively.   This role requires a strong technical background along with project management experience with a continuous improvement mindset. The Process Engineer must be able to work independently and as part of a team to identify and deliver thoroughly tested solutions.   COMPANY OVERVIEW Component Repair Technologies (CRT) is a locally family-owned business, with operations in Mentor, OH since 1985.
