Your role will involve taking inquiries, addressing requests, and resolving issues with a focus on guest satisfaction, all while embodying the high standards of luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, promptly responding to inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.

• Assist guests with a wide range of services, including room service orders, housekeeping needs, concierge requests, and general hotel information.
• Accurately document and track guest interactions and service requests using hotel management systems such as Opera PMS and HotSOS to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Deliver personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences based on previous interactions and a thorough understanding of hotel offerings.
