Reporting directly to the Reservations Manager, you will ensure that all inquiries are handled with professionalism and care, providing guests with accurate information about rates, availability, and hotel services. You will play a crucial part in shaping the guest journey by assisting them in making reservations that meet their preferences and needs, ensuring a seamless start to their stay. In this pivotal role, you will implement all duties in accordance with Conrad brand standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in service delivery.
