As a Sommelier at Conrad Athens The Ilisian, you will play a vital role in enriching the guest dining experience through expert wine service and recommendations. Your extensive knowledge of wines, regions, and pairing techniques will help create memorable moments for guests, enhancing their culinary journey. In this position, you will work closely with the Head Sommelier and the culinary team to ensure that our wine offerings complement our menus, and you will contribute to the development of an exceptional wine program.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Sommelier in curating and maintaining a diverse and innovative wine list that reflects the culinary vision of the hotel.
- Provide exceptional wine service to guests, including recommendations, wine pairings, and presentations to enhance their dining experience.
