Content & Social Media Producer (Real Estate)
Full-time · Singapore · S$5,000 to S$8,000 gross per month plus incentives, depending on experience and demonstrated capability
Who This Is For
You have made things people actually watched. Maybe a small channel, a client's account, a side project that grew. You can research a property question, develop an angle and independently write a workable first-draft script, then film, edit, publish and assess how it performs. You can also run paid campaigns and explain your decisions.
Initiative, preparation and follow-through matter from day one. We will help you build your property knowledge and sharpen your scripts through regular feedback. You want to own content from idea to audience, working directly with one decision-maker.
What We Are
A small, founder-led property advisory in Singapore. You will build Daniel's personal brand and the Gable & Roof business brand on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, with greater emphasis on the personal brand initially. You work directly with Daniel as the single decision-maker: he sets the direction and approves what goes out, and you bring the ideas and drive execution. Operations and client service sit outside this role, so your focus is entirely content and social media.
What You Would Actually Do
1. Find the angle. Research the questions people ask about property, propose topics, write first-draft scripts with a clear hook, a logical build and sources for the facts. Flag what needs his expertise.
2. Make and ship. Plan around two filming sessions a week, capturing footage with multiple uses in mind. Produce two full YouTube videos a month and, by the end of month three, publish at least once a day across one combined calendar for both brands, with posts scheduled ahead for days off. Build a useful mix of Reels, Shorts, carousels and Stories through fresh content and thoughtful repurposing. Own the hooks, captions, thumbnails and an organised footage library.
3. Grow and learn. Run approved paid campaigns on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, think through how a view becomes an enquiry, and turn the numbers into next month's plan.
What This Is Not
- Not a pure editing job: you research, write and plan, not only cut.
- Not a desk job: you will be at viewings, showflats and in the car with him.
- Not a job with a big kit: phone-first production is fine; judgement, resourcefulness and follow-through matter more than gear.
See What We Make
Before you apply, look at Daniel's personal brand at https://www.instagram.com/danielongwl/ and the business brand at https://www.instagram.com/gableandroof.sg/ and https://gableandroof.sg/. If you like it and can see how you would make it better, we want to hear from you.
How We Work
40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays required. Flexible location for planning and editing, with shoots and meetings in person. If an office is established, designated office days may be introduced with advance notice.
Equipment, software and storage provided. Feedback on submitted work by the next working day.
Performance is assessed through consistency, quality, initiative and audience development. Your offer will set out the incentive structure and assessment criteria, with initial production targets agreed together during onboarding.
How To Apply
Write us a short message, not a cover letter. Put the word "hook" in your first line so we know you read this far. Then three quick things: the piece of content you are proudest of (a link and two sentences on your contribution and why it worked), what you have done so far that makes you think you can do this job, and the one tool or channel you know best.
Optional, if you would like to stand out: write one hook and a three-line angle for "why a first-time buyer's budget is not the price of the flat purchased", or send a two-minute video on one idea for the lead advisor's brand.
Shortlisted candidates get the full role document before the interview, so there are no surprises.
