Associate Director, Electronic and Physical Security Design Engineering

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director to join our Built Environment and Infrastructure Design Consulting team in London. As Associate Director you will manage security design consulting engagements to a professional standard; independently and in support of other senior colleagues, and the Director. You will serve as a subject matter expert of electronic and physical security systems and manage security design and installation projects from conception to completion. You will maintain client and company deliverables, ensuring that high quality is maintained, and the client and company budgets and programs are met and maintained. In addition, you will develop and build new and existing client relationships, facilitating where appropriate the introduction and provision of additional Control Risks services.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support the Director with the leadership of the team and generate new business across the region by supporting key business development activities.
• Undertaking fee earning consultancy, including but not limited to the assessment of risk, definition of security strategies and high-level planning, concept and detailed master planning. Concept and detailed technical design including the development of performance specifications and design guidance notes.
