GSOC Manager

We’re seeking a skilled GSOC Manager to support our Client’s GSOC program as it moves from a business unite focused function, to an enterprise wide support function.

This role will serve as the day-to-day leader of the GSOC, providing operational oversight and strategic direction for a team of embedded operators. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior security leadership, driving program maturity, developing operational processes, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring the GSOC can effectively support stakeholders across the broader organization.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to support the transformation of the GSOC into an enterprise-wide security function.
• Develop roadmaps and recommendations to enhance GSOC capabilities and maturity.
• Lead the day-to-day operation of the GSOC and provide oversight of all security operations personnel.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and GSOC staff, ensuring alignment with strategic security objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, technology utilization, and service delivery.
• Establish and maintain operational metrics, reporting mechanisms, and quality assurance processes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance oversight for embedded GSOC personnel.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. <
