Junior Payment Specialist (Evening shift)

Working Model: Hybrid, with onsite working 2–3 days per week.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 pm–1 am.

As a Junior Payment Specialist with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will be responsible for facilitating the effective identification and resolution of customer and banking partner inquiries to payment transactions. The role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure SLAs and KPIs are adhered to and investigative duties are managed and resolved in accordance with client’s expectations.
