Senior Accountant

The Convey team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will work closely and collaborate with the team on tasks like monthly closing, expenses, payables, banking, and general accounting support. What you’ll do:

• Assist with month-end closing processes and own responsibilities, such preparation of journal entries, intercompany entries, account reconciliation with supporting schedules, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, etc.

• Prepare monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to prior periods and budgeted figures.

• Oversee and streamline processes related to specialized revenue streams, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.

• Assist with audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

• Draft and maintain detailed documentation of accounting processes, including policy and procedure documents, working cross-functionally to complete.

• Support and manage special projects and related ad-hoc accounting initiatives.

• Identify and imp
