Cortica is looking for a Full-time Lead Behavior Technician (School-Based) to join its growing team!
The Lead School Behavior Technician provides direct behavior-analytic services to students with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in school settings. In addition to delivering direct student support, the Lead BT serves as the direct supervisor, providing administrative support and performance management for School Behavior Technicians, modeling best practices and offering guidance in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies. This role is essential in ensuring consistent, high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming support for students and school teams.
