How You'll Contribute to the Team:
The Custodial Specialist supports the maintenance team by performing cleaning and upkeep of grounds, buildings, amenities, and surrounding areas in a multi-family residential community. Responsibilities include interior and exterior cleaning, basic maintenance, and trash pickup ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
