How You'll Contribute to the Team:
The Maintenance Supervisor uses advanced knowledge of residential maintenance operations to perform maintenance and repair work and to mentor, train, and direct the work of Maintenance Technicians. This role is accountable for physical operations, preservation, and maintenance of the asset in accordance with SOPs and budget guidelines, ensuring timely completion of work at quality standards.
