How You'll Contribute to the Team
The Maintenance Tech III is part of a team responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of physical assets in the property management portfolio. This role performs maintenance related tasks with subject matter expert proficiency in four or more trades to include EPA, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, construction, appliances, masonry, and building construction work, to maintain properties and all common areas in accordance with company standards for overall functionality, cleanliness, and safety.
