Data Compliance Administrator, Smugglers Way
At Cory, we're proud to play a key role in keeping London moving towards a more sustainable future. Every day, our teams help manage and recover valuable resources, supporting environmental goals while delivering critical services across the capital. Behind every successful operation is accurate information, robust compliance processes and people who care about doing things properly.
As a Data Compliance Administrator, you'll be at the centre of these activities. You'll support the collection, management and reporting of operational and compliance data, ensuring records remain accurate, organised and readily available. Your work will contribute directly to maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting business performance.
You'll work closely with operational teams, managers and other departments to gather information, verify data and resolve discrepancies. Whether you're updating records, producing reports, maintaining documentation or supporting audits, you'll help ensure that the business has confidence in the information it relies upon.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining administration, problem-solving and data management. If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy working with systems and spreadsheets, and want to make a real contribution within a growing environmental services organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone with previous administrative experience in a compliance, operational, environmental, logistics or similarly regulated environment. You'll be comfortable handling large volumes of information and ensuring records are maintained accurately and consistently.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data are important. You'll need to demonstrate a methodical approach when reviewing information, identifying anomalies and maintaining high standards of accuracy across multiple systems.
Successful candidates will be strong communicators who can build positive working relationships with colleagues across different departments. You'll be proactive in following up outstanding information and ensuring compliance records remain complete and up to date.
Experience supporting audits, maintaining document control systems or managing compliance-related records would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of waste management, recycling, environmental compliance or related sectors would be beneficial, although not essential.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is organised, dependable and takes ownership of their work. You'll be motivated by doing things properly and contributing to a business where accurate data genuinely matters. Additionally, you’ll be flexible, adaptable and able to respond effectively to business changes and compliance requirements within a constantly evolving industry.
