Summary:

The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the product development team by defining and prioritizing the product backlog. Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, the Product Owner ensures that the team delivers high-quality products aligned with business objectives and customer needs. This role requires strong collaboration, decision-making, and strategic thinking to translate vision into actionable work while fostering an Agile culture.
