As an Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate at Maltego, helping customers in our scaled-touch portfolio achieve success and maximize the value of their investment. Your main focus will be to own the commercial relationship, drive adoption and retention, ensure successful renewals, and identify up- and cross-sell opportunities. You will work closely with Enablement, Data Hub, Sales, and Marketing to understand our product roadmap, share customer feedback, and ensure relevant updates reach customers in a clear and timely way.
