The Role

We're looking for a self-starter who thrives on ownership, not oversight. You'll be the connective tissue between our clients and our internal teams, keeping accounts healthy, campaigns optimized, and revenue growing. If you're entrepreneurial, detail-obsessed, and energized by a fast-moving start-up environment, this is your seat.

What You'll Own

Account Growth

• Prospect new accounts, deepen existing relationships, and re-activate dormant ones

• Establish payouts competitive with market rates based on account volume

• Compile performance stats and recommend campaigns tailored to each account

Campaign & Client Operations

• Set up new offers in our in-house tracking platform, gathering assets and creatives from clients and ensuring accurate tracking

• Optimize live campaigns, adjust landing pages, and work with clients and internal teams to drive more revenue

• Develop marketing messages and static pages, collaborating with in-house web designers on ad creatives

• React fast when an account or campaign hits an issue, looping in the right people immediately
