Position Summary
Credence is seeking a Refugee Programs M&E Specialist to support program monitoring, evaluation, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for assessing program effectiveness, developing performance indicators, supporting monitoring activities, conducting program reviews, and providing analytical insights to enhance program outcomes.
The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership, program staff, stakeholders, and service providers to evaluate program performance, identify trends, assess compliance, and support data-driven decision-making.
