Construction Manager Team Leader

The Construction Manager Team Leader (CMTL) supervise Construction Managers (CM) and oversees a portfolio of project sites as assigned throughout the US. CMTL is tasked with the total construction effort of their portfolio in accordance with safety, design and schedule set by Beta Engineering standards and customer contract.  The CMTLs are responsible for training, recruiting, scheduling, retaining, assigning and management of CMs under their supervision. This role will perform additional duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervises assigned CMs. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Crest's and Beta's policies and a
