The Estimator is responsible for leading a technical proposal team that responds to Customers Request for Proposals (RFPs).  The Estimator is required to take ownership in and be responsible for the technical proposal team and Beta’s response to RFPs.  The Estimator’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all technical requirements provided in the RFP are covered in Beta’s response to the RFP.  Beta’s response to Customer RFPs is in the form of a proposal that includes pricing and bid forms, scope of work, project schedule, terms and conditions, execution plans with org charts, drawings, equipment information and additional data.  Beta submits proposals to its Customer
