Job Summary: The Dietary Technician is responsible for assisting the Registered Dieticians in assessments charting and completing IDT reviews and care plans. Dietary Technicians are responsible for following up with the Registered Dieticians' recommendations and are part of the team in analyzing and providing solutions for dietary interv
